I was introduced to Karen and Berit at one of our club bull terrier walks. A friend of mine introduced us suggesting I might enjoy showing Berit since my two girls were retired from the show ring.

Berit is super operant and I used free shaping to train Berit to “stack” in a local park in about 5 minutes and the rest is history. With one of the best bull terrier temperaments I’ve ever encountered, Berit loves to show and is incredibly vibrant, freely offering behaviors, a positive reinforcement trainers dream! I finished Berit’s AKC Championship at our own supported shows and took her to the nationals in 2009 where she made the finalist cut out of some 40 plus dogs.

Berit continues to compete in the Veteran classes because she loves the spot light so much and she loves her Aunt Kyle!
